SSPU Students Win Prizes in 2nd Vocational Skills Competition of the PRC

From Sept. 16 to 18, the 2ndVocational Skills Competition of the People’s Republic of China was held in Tianjin. Zhou Yuxin, a student majoring in Logistics Management from SSPU School of Economics and Management participated in the Freight Forwarding event on behalf of Shanghai and won the gold medal. SSPU is the training base in Shanghai to undertake the training of 4 events in the 47thWorldSkills Competition. The trainees won one gold medal and two winning prizes in the four events including Web Technology, Cloud Computing, and CAD Mechanical Design this time.





Vocational Skills Competition of the People’s Republic of China is a national competition and a competition that selects the national candidates to participate in the WorldSkills Competition. The most competitive contestants with the top performance from all provinces and cities are entitled to join in the national game. As Shanghai’s main training base of Robot System Integration event for the 47thWorldSkills Competition, teacher Wang Zhenhua from School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Control Engineering served as Shanghai team’s referee of this event.
