On the morning of April 26,signing ceremony between SSPU and South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University (SKPU) was held at Room 207, Building 19. President Yu Tao and Yunussov Madiyar, President of SKPU, signed the agreement. Vice President Xie Huaqing and Mr. Anarmetov Gafurzhan from Dispatching Department of SKPU attended and witnessed the ceremony. 

Before the ceremony, Vice President Xie met with the delegation headed by PresidentYunussov Madiyar. The two sides briefed on their institutions, discussed and reached a consensus on double-degree program, student exchange, teacher exchange and joint research.

During the visit, accompanied by Vice President Xie, the delegation visited the labs of School of Environmental and Materials Engineering, Engineering Training Center, Smart Manufacturing Factory Lab and Library. Heads of International Office and School of International Exchange attended the meeting.
