On the afternoon of June 29, Lv Qixiu, Vice President of Fortune Institute of Technology, Taiwan China, visited SSPU. Vice President Mo Liangjin met with the delegation. Heads of Office for Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Affairs and College of Engineering attended the meeting.

Vice President Mo remarked that the two sides shared many similarities in orientation and talent training. He also said that both sides had a broad cooperation prospect because Fortune Institute of Technology had some strong disciplines and abundant experience of industry-university collaboration from which SSPU could learn. Lv Qixiu spoke highly of the achievements SSPU gained in Profession-oriented Higher Education, and expressed the intention of developing exchange and cooperation with SSPU. The two sides discussed exchange plan for the next step and reached a consensus on teacher exchange.

During the visit, the delegation had a lab tour at the Engineering Training Center and Smart Manufacturing Factory.

Fortune Institute of Technology was founded in 1989, Kaohsiung. It has School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, College of Food and Beverage Management, College of Design and College of Business and Management, and offers college, undergraduate and graduate education.
