On the afternoon of June 22, 2019 Graduation Ceremony of SSPU International Students was held at Academic Exchange Center. Wu Song, Secretary of SSPU Party Committee, Vice President Mo Liangjin, heads of International Office, Academic Affairs Office, School of Economics and Management, and College of Arts and Sciences, all the graduating international students, parent representatives, and other international students attended the ceremony.

Secretary Wu Song expressed congratulations to the international graduates and gratitude to all the teachers and relevant departments who provided good management and services to the students. He hoped that the international students would bear in mind Shanghai City Spirit—Inclusion, Excellence, Wisdom and Humbleness—and make contribution to the Sino-foreign exchange and the development of SSPU.

Meng Zhaoshang, Dean of School of International Exchange, reviewed the international students’ four-year study and life at SSPU and briefed on the details about degree awarding. There are 9 graduating international students this year, who are from Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Laos, Italy and Germany. Some of them will return to their homelands and serve their countries with the professional knowledge and skills, while some will continue to study for master's degree in well-known universities in Beijing and Shanghai. Representatives of graduating students, teachers and parents delivered speeches as well.
