International Students of SSPU Win Prizes in Tai Ji Chuan Competition for International Students in Shanghai

On June 2, the Second Tai Ji Chuan Competition for International Students in Shanghai was successfully held in the gymnasium of the High School Affiliated to Shanghai University. The Competition attracted 185 students from 19 universities in Shanghai. 9 international students of SSPU from Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Zimbabwe took part in team and individual competitions. SSPU delegation won the third prize in team competition and international student Amarjargal Erdenetuya from Mongolia won the third prize in individual competition.



This is the first time for Office of International Student Affairs to organize a team for Tai chi competition. The Office will continue to actively organize international students to attend Shanghai and national cultural and sports events in different languages, building a bridge for cultural exchange between China and foreign countries and enhancing the reputation of SSPU.
