From Nov. 24 to 28, SSPU shuttlecock team made up of 22 athletes led by teachers Sun Wei and Zhang Wei participated in 2019 National Student Shuttlecock Championship in Huludao, Liaoning province.

Eventually, SSPU team won the second prizes in women’s single, women’s double, mixed double, and women’s compulsory routine. The team also won the third prizes in women’s three-player, men’s compulsory routine, etc.

The championship has 9 events in 3 categories. Over 400 athletes of more than 30 teams from over 10 provinces and regions including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Liaoning province, Guangxi province, etc. participated in the four-day competition.
