On Nov.3, 2019, Shanghai College Students' Network Business Innovation Application Contest and the final of 12thNational Internet Business Innovation Application Competition for College Students was held at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics (SUIBE). The Contest is hosted by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, guided by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, and co-organized by SUIBE and Shanghai Electronic Commerce Promotion Center (SECPC). Nearly a hundred teams from over 10 universities in Shanghai participated in the Contest. After competing in the preliminary and the second round of competition, 5 SSPU teams from School of Economics and Management finally entered the final, and 4 projects won the second prizes and 1 the third. SSPU was awarded the title of Excellent Organizer.
The Contest, mainly testing and improving students’ practical abilities of network business innovation, not only provides a platform for college students to exchange skills and experience of innovative and entrepreneurial activities, but also helps promote the better development of these activities in universities.
