Recently, student teams from SSPU School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Control Engineering and School of Computer and Information Engineering won awards in the section of Robotics Task Challenge (Unmanned Cooperative System) in the 26th China Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition, including 3 national excellent awards, 3 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 1 excellent award in Shanghai tryout under the guidance of Kang Liang and other teachers from SSPU Engineering Training and Innovation Education Center.
The China Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition, started in 1999, is a national discipline competition with a long history and wide influence. It is one of the earliest competitions organized by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence. Currently, the competition has been included as an A-level event in the 2020 National Discipline Competitions Ranking of General Colleges and Universities issued by the China Association of Higher Education.
