Bai Jianfeng, a professor, holds a Doctor’s Degree. He is currently Vice President of Shanghai Polytechnic University.

He has successively served in Shanghai Polytechnic University as the faculty of former School of Urban Construction and Environmental Engineering, Deputy Director of Shanghai Collaborative Innovation Center for WEEE Recycling (WEEE Center), Party Secretary of WEEE Center, and Director of Human Resources Office.
