Liu Yan, a Research Fellow, holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and is currently Deputy Secretary of SSPU Party Committee.

She has successively served as Director of Student Affairs Office and Director of Organization Office in Shanghai Maritime University; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Conservatory of Music and the Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance and the Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection; Member of Shanghai Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC; Deputy to the 16th People’s Congress of Xuhui District. She has been honored as National Advanced Individual in Employment Work and Shanghai Outstanding Educator in Ideological and Political Theory.
