Li Zhiqing, holds a Master’s degree of Laws and is currently Deputy Secretary of SSPU Party Committee and Vice President.

He started working in August 2002 and has successively served at University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST) as Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of College of Science, Deputy Director of the Party Committee Office (President's Office), Director of the Security Office, Director of the Logistics Management Office, Standing Committee Member of USST Party Committee, Director of the Publicity Office and Director of the News Center.
