In afternoon of December 28, the“AI + Robot" Summit Forum was jointly held in meeting room 301 of building 19# by our university and Shanghai Health Internet of Things Industry Association under direction of Shanghai Commission of Economy and Information Technology. He Qi, representative of Electronic Industry Department of Shanghai Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Cao Jianqing, the Director of College of Engineering and Research Administration Office and the Secretary-General of Technology Association,Dong Jinlong, the Deputy Secretary of CPC of College of Engineering, and Li Junbao, the Director of Jinqiao Internet Entrepreneurship Service Center of Shanghai Pudong New Area also attended this forum. This forum was hosted by Mr. Wu Wenwei from Shanghai Health Internet of Things Industry Association and Shanghai Internet of Things Industry Association.

This forum, of which the topic was“man-machine connection, smart future”, gathered the medical field and industrial manufacturing field together to discuss the newest robot concepts and technologies in the world. The summit aimed to unite all parts in this industry to response the“Internet +AI Three-Year Plan”, and invited the experts and scholars at home and abroad from universities, research , production, investment and application institutions in the field of“AI+Robot”to discuss the development situation and tendency of artificial intelligence and robot. Cao Jianqing, the Director of College of Engineering and Research Administration Office of our university made the speech in this forum. Other 8 guests from various industries also made topic speech, and communicated with present students and teachers to talk about the development situation and future of AI and robot industry.
