The delegation of Taiwan Chaoyang University of Science and Technology, which was led by Liao Jingfang, the Vice-President and Academic Dean, visited our university in the afternoon of April 17. The Vice-President Xie Qinghua met with the delegation in meeting room 912. And the visitors also included Chen Xinan, the Director of Construction Department and Lin Mengli, the teacher of Landscape Department. The managers and representatives of teacher from School of International Exchange and School of Applied Arts Design also attended this meeting.

Vice-President Xie Huaqing welcomed all visitors from Taiwan, and introduced the basic situations of running position, talent training and overseas exchange, and indicated that our university keeps long-term and stable cooperation with Chaoyang University, and hoped that both sides can work on teacher cooperation and joint research starting from art design filed. Furthermore, both sides communicated the cooperation type and filed and reached a consensus.

After meeting, the delegation had an informal discussion with the heads and representatives from School of Applied Arts Design and School of International Exchange, and exchanged ideas about won development and features in art design field, and deeply discussed the cooperation of establishment of joint studio. In addition, the delegation visited the teaching and research places of School of Applied Arts Design.
