From Aug. 31 to Sept. 11, delegation of College of International Vocational Education (CIVE) headed by Huang Huichun, Secretary of Party Committee of CIVE, attended EAP teacher training program at Broward College (BC). Head of CIVE EAP program, teachers and staff of teaching management were in the delegation. The two sides discussed and reached a consensus on the operation details of the cooperative programs. 

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Gregory Adam Haile, President of Broward College. On the meeting, President Haile gained a deep understanding of the development of the Sino-US cooperative program between SSPU and BC, and expressed the intention of further collaboration through conversation. 

The delegation had a campus tour in southern, middle, northern and downtown campuses. They mainly exchanged ideas with teachers and students of EAP program and in Business classes, and visited BC’s distinctive Pilot Training Ground, Aircraft Mechanician Training Workshop, Nurse Practitioner Training Center, Health Medical Center, Academic Guidance Centers in libraries of each campus, etc. Both sides also had an in-depth discussion on teaching evaluation of Sino-US cooperative program, teaching quality, teacher literacy and teacher and student exchange.
