From Sept. 19 to Sept. 23, the 20thChina International Industry Fair (CIIF) themed "Innovative, Smart, Green" was held at National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).The Fair is made up of 9 exhibition areas such as Industrial Automation, Robot, etc. and over 2,600 exhibitors attended it, among which 751 projects from 75 Chinese and foreign universities were exhibited.

Focusing on the theme of “Smart Manufacturing”, 8 projects led by SSPU teachers and 1 student project were displayed at CIIF. All the projects have shown the latest technological achievements with high applicability gained by SSPU in the field of Smart Manufacturing. The projects presented by high-end technologies like VR attracted a large audience and won praises from the society and Media.

Smart Robots project led by teacher He Cheng won the second prize of Excellent Exhibit at university exhibition area. Students’ project Operation and Picking System for Fruits and Vegetables guided by teacher He Yu’an won Excellent Innovative and Entrepreneurial Exhibit, teacher Wu Yuxin from Industrial Development Office won Excellent Individual, and SSPU won Excellent Organizer at university area.
