On the morning of Sept. 3, delegation from University of Genoa (UniGe), Italy, visited SSPU. Associate Professor Fulvio Mastrogiovanniof UniGe, Roberto Pagani,Scientific Attaché of the Italian Consulate in Shanghai, and Valtero Canepa, Vice Chairman of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, were in the delegation. Mo Liangjin, Vice president of SSPU, met with the guests.
Vice President Mo welcomed the guests and introduced the University’s orientation, discipline structure, university-enterprise cooperation, characteristics and advantages of SSPU. Mr. Mastrogiovanni briefed UniGe’s disciplines and international cooperation, etc. The two sides made a discussion and reached a consensus on the signing of Memorandum of Understanding, double-degree program in the field of Engineering, cooperation intention in the field of Art Design, student mobility, and teacher exchange.
Heads and representatives of International Office, College of Engineering,Schoolof Applied Arts & Design, and SSPU Industrial Design Development Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.
