Based on prior preparation, the testing laboratory of SSPU WEEE Center has been accredited by China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval (CMA) recently.
Since 2019, WEEE Center has organized a professional teaching force to work on the preparation for accreditation of its testing lab. After surveying the demands of the industry, the Center decided to choose electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) as the targeting category. At the first stage, the accreditation focused on RoHS(Restriction of Hazardous Substances), physical-chemical indicators of remanufacturing print consumables, overall performance of printing devices and quality test of printing products.
WEEE Center will further focus on the demands in the industry to build an R&D platform with first-class functions to support technology research and development, talent training and industrial services in the future.
