Recently, the approval list of 2022 key soft scienceresearchprojects under Science and Technology Innovation Program was announced by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality. The project—Research on the Path and Countermeasures of Digital and Trade Barriers Affecting High-quality Innovation in Shanghai Enterprises applied by teacher Yu Huan from SSPU School of Economics and Management got approved.

The soft science research project under Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Program aims at promoting the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and accelerating the construction of a science and technology innovation center with global influence.The 2022 soft science research project is dedicated to making soft science research planning. It focuses on the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center, enhancing Shanghai's capacity as a source of science and technology innovation, deepening the reform of Shanghai's scientific and technological system and mechanism and the construction of innovation system. In recent years, SSPU actively offers suggestions and advice to the government and relevant departments. The university has got approvals of programs such as Shanghai soft science research projects, Shanghai Municipal People's Government research projects on decision-making consultation, etc. SSPU will further focus on the development of science, technology and economy in the city, build high-level soft science research team, and improve the research ability of decision-making consultation.
