Recently,China National Arts Fund (CNAF) released the list of the programs (general program) funded by CNAF in 2022. Art creation project—Cityscape of Shanghai (oil painting) applied by teacher Xu Qiaojian from School of Applied Arts and Design was on the list. This is SSPU’s first project that got the funding from CNAF.
China National Arts Fund was officially established in 2013. It is a non-profit fund that aims to help art flourish, create and promote outstanding works, train art talents and push forward the healthy development of national art. As one of the highest-level art creation funding programs in China, its funding covers art creation, exchange and promotion, talent training, etc.
