The arrangements for 2023 Winter Vacation are as follows:

1. Winter vacation for students will start from Jan. 9 (Monday), 2023. Students shall return to register on Feb. 11(Saturday) and Feb. 12 (Sunday) and begin classes on Feb. 13 (Monday).

2. Faculty and staff will start the winter vacation from Jan. 9 (Monday) and shall begin to work on Feb. 12(Sunday).

3. Students who failed the exams in the autumn semester of 2022-2023 academic year will retake the exams at the first weekend of the spring semester. Details will be released on the main page of Academic Affairs Office.

4. Students and staff who intend to leave Shanghai shall apply at OA system for approval. All the students and staff shall take care and take proper protective measures during the vacation.

The University will timely adjust the school-opening and back-to-school plan according to the latest requirements and notify in advance.
