On the morning of October 23, a delegation led by Professor Zeng Deshun, Chairman of Netzwerk Hessen-China and Representative of the State of Hessen in China, visited SSPU. SSPU President Xie Huaqing met with the delegation.
Professor Zeng introduced various support and services provided by Netzwerk Hessen-China for enterprises and universities in China and Germany. The delegation consisted of leaders and experts from French company EuraTrade, Shanghai SME Development Service Center, partner universities and enterprises. The visit aimed to explore opportunities for expanding the Center's initiatives and actively facilitate cooperation and exchanges between SSPU and small and medium-sized enterprises that are specialized and innovative.
President Xie extended a warm welcome to the delegation and provided an overview of SSPU. He highlighted the newly established schools and research institutes, sharing the distinctive features of cross disciplinary education between Medicine and Engineering, Medicine and Management, Liberal Arts and Engineering, and the talent cultivation model deeply integrated with industry.
The two sides held in-depth discussions on future collaboration and reached preliminary consensus. Heads of Organization Office, President Office, Industry-University-Research Cooperation Office, International Office, College of Model Workers, and Human Resources Office attended the meeting as well.
