On July 24, supported and guided by Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, SSPU, as the leader, co-released 2017 Shanghai Reverse Logistics Indices (SRLI) (Motor Vehicle) with Shanghai Logistics Association and several other institutions. The indices contain 4 core indices and 15 sub-indices, including the gross index of Shanghai motor vehicle recycling, development index of Shanghai motor vehicle recycling, value index of Shanghai motor vehicle recycling, enterprise capability index of Shanghai motor vehicle recycling and dismantling, etc.

Shanghai Reverse Logistics Indices, released regularly every year, was initiated by SSPU, and is also a significant achievement of SSPU Plateau Disciplines. The Indices are of great importance to the monitor and prediction of Shanghai circular economy and the development of green logistics and can reflect the dynamic status quo of the circular economy.
