On Sept. 17, the 21st China International Industry Fair (CIIF) openedinNational Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The theme of CIIF 2019 is “Intelligence & Interconnection - Empowering New Industrial Development”. 11 SSPU projects were displayed at the Fair.
Among 11 SSPU projects, 9 of which were presented by teachers and 2 by students. The teachers’projectsincludedAI Aerial Robots, Unity3D-based VR Operation Platform for Knowledge of Home Fire Control,New Technology and Industrialization for Green Preparation of Bionic Self-Repairing Plastic and Alloy Materials, Microbubble Sewage Treatment Technology, Hotel Intelligent Service Robot,Rlom Active Reverse Logistics Platform System,Technologies for Accurate Determination and Green Recycling of Metal in Plastic Wastes, Recycling Technology of Wasted LCD Panels, andComprehensive Technology of Photovoltaic and Lithium BatteryWastes. The 2 student innovation and entrepreneurship projects were Community Fruit Network,and “Tanji”—an App that serves as apersonal-record-based comprehensive service platform. The exhibits reflected the technologicaldevelopment and achievements of SSPU in the fields of Logistics, Automation, Electronic Information, Materials Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Electronic Waste, attracting a large number of visitors to watch and consult.
CIIF 2019 presented new features in aspects of artificial intelligence, high-end manufacturing, and big data service. It set up 9 theme shows covering the latest products and cutting-edge achievements of the whole industry chain in the field of smart green manufacturing from basic materials and key components for manufacturing to advanced manufacturing equipment and overall solutions.
