On the afternoon of Oct. 26, Mark Kornbluh, Dean of College of Arts and Sciences, and Huajing Maske, Executive Director of UK Confucius Institute and Office of China Initiatives, visited SSPU. Vice President Mo Liangjin met with the guests.
Vice President Mo extended his welcome to the delegation. Both sides introduced their basic information, characteristics and current international exchange. Representatives of SSPU International Office, College of Engineering, College of Arts and Sciences, School of Economics and Management, School of Applied Arts and Design and School of International Exchange exchanged views on the cooperation at the meeting. The two sides discussed and reached a consensus on the issues of the signing of Memorandum of Understanding, internship programs, research programs for postgraduates, double-degree programs, programs of pathway from vocational to undergraduate education and that from undergraduate to postgraduate education.
Secretary of SSPU Party Committee Wu Song also met with the delegation and showed his support to the cooperation between the two universities. The delegation also visited College of Arts and Sciences.
