Recently, the Ninth China Undergraduate Physics Tournament came to an end at Shanxi University. SSPU delegation composed of 6 students won the national second prize. Two teachers Yu Bin and Luo Min were invited judges in the competition.
The Tournament is made up of regional tryouts (6 regions), provincial tryouts and national contest. The national competition has attracted 63 teams from 62 universities nationwide, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, etc. SSPU team competed with delegations from 15 institutions such as Nanjing University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and so on, showing their fine scientific literacy, discreet attitude and outstanding defense ability.
